Telemedicare is a mobile phone medical application that connects the patient with the available doctor instantly through a video call for medical consultation.
The application uses GPRS technology for the availability of the doctor through its network of registered doctors.

How it Works
On logging in, application shows the list of doctors user has already consulted. Option for consulting a new doctor is also provided. After selecting the doctor that patients want to consult with, a video call is placed. Doctor can write the notes during the call that patient can see as well. When the call is over, patient gets the prescription on his phone.
A patient in the urban setup gets the option for nearby medical shops as well.
In rural setup, device operator is using the application and helping the patient to set up the video call with doctor. Device operator will also keep basic medicines for the patient.
